micromobility.com aims to be the hub of the shared mobility industry and own and operate various brands from Helbiz, Wheels, Mimoto, micromobility.com etc and in 2022 micromobility.com got listed on Nasdaq.
What brand will operate in the city?
Micromobility.com own and operate several brands, including Helbiz, Wheels, Mimoto, and more. Depending on each market we will deploy the most suitable brand.
How does the station based rental project work?
Unlike traditional public bike/scooter sharing operations we work by building a network of private partners that lend us small pieces of their land outside their businesses from where users can start and end rides. We become shared rental community driving tens of thousands of customers to their front door and sharing the revenue with each partner.
What vehicle will micromobility.com deploy?
Once we are ready to launch an operational partner from our team will community with the local municipality to check the local legality of each of our vehicles to find a suitable option between our e-scooters, e-bikes, mini e-bikes, and e-assisted e-bikes.
Operations
Who handle the operations?
Micromobility.com, or one if its brands, will handle all operations. We will hire employees that will be located in the area just managing the fleet. The partner only allows us to use their space for operations and is not required to do anything else.
Will micromobility.com have a local team, office and warehouse?
Yes, once we launch in a city we will hire a local operations team that will handle rebalancing of vehicles, maintenance, battery charging and community outreach all from a local warehouse.
Is there any labor requirement from partners who lend us their land?
No, Micromobility.com will handle all work and operations, while the partner will receive a dashboard to monitor all the rides & earnings originating from their location.
What happens if there are too many vehicles in one spot, or not enough?
Our operational team have software that constantly monitor the amount of vehicles and demand at any given partner location and will then rebalance the vehicles accordingly.
Does micromobility.com deal with the local municipality?
Yes, we will assign a city manager and operational team to any city we launch. Our team will open a dialogue with the local municipality in good faith, even though they are not required to give us permission to operate as all rentals are happening from private land, similar to traditional bike rental shops.
What if partners have any questions or concerns while we are operating?
Once we launch we will assign a dedicated city manager to the city that will be a direct point of contact for any partner, or affiliate, if there should be any questions or concerns. Partners will receive both direct phone number & email of the city manager that will live in the city and handle operations there, as well as the contact information of the corporate Partner Program contact for any other requests.
How does this compare to a traditional bike rental?
Essentially the micromobility.com partner program is exactly like a traditional bike rental shop but at scale. Instead of being limited to one location to rent and return to, we allow you to leave your vehicle at any partner location through the city. And, instead of the time consuming process signing various documents and handling payments we handle everything through our app as our vehicles are all equipped with 4G and IoT allow us to remotely unlock, lock and activate the electric throttle/engine the moment you rent it via the app. Once you return it we automatically calculate the rental duration and charge to the credit card added in the app. For the user the result is a seamless experience simply scanning the vehicle he wants to use, seeing it automatically unlock and then returning it when done.
City Launch
How does a city launch work?
When sufficient amount of locations have been signed up in a given city both affiliates and partners will be notified by our team. We will then hire a city manager, a local operations team and rent a local warehouse from where we will handle the operations and charging of batteries. Simultaneously our affiliate team will reach out to all partners to introduce themselves, inform about the process, provide access to live dashboards where rides and earnings can be tracked, confirm payment schedules and accounts as well as coordinate regarding launch, signage and the distribution of promotions to each partner.
How soon can a city launch?
Once enough locations have been signed up and we can provide a good user experience we can launch in as little as 2 weeks depending on the area. We always have vehicles in stock and focus of minimizing the time to launch.

We constantly monitor the # of locations signed up, and how well distributed they are, within each city. All locations published on our affiliate city dashboards are locations that we are actively pursuing to launch. micromobility.com, or its operating partner, bear the responsibility for operations, its vehicles etc. The partner merely rent, or allows, micromobility.com to use a part of their property.

Yes, it is fully legal and as a company we hold insurance and abide by all laws. No, when facilitating the rentals from private land we do not need an official government license to operate.
